Do you have a memory card in your camera? If so, that is where the pictures go when you take them. Buy a card reader, and put the memory card into the card reader, and then plug it into a USB port on your computer. The pictures will go into your computer.
ReplyDeleteYou shouldn't need special software. With the camera attached to the computer using the USB cable you should be able to use the computer's file manager (Explorer, My Computer) to see the camera. It should appear the same as a hard drive or optical drive as a drive letter. You might have to make sure your camera is in a special play mode. See the manual for details. If that doesn't work, I agree with getting a memory card reader.
