Im 15 and i just recently got into photography and im pretty sure thats what i want to do for the rest of my life. . If your a photographer whay kind of camera do you have and can you give me any tips on becoming a photographer, btw i want to be a fashion photographer but i dont mind taking pictures of other things too. But anyway back to the original question, whats the best photography camera to buy (i dont care about the price i can pay for it)

One that is fully adjustable like a 35 mm SLR or a dSLR.
At present the camera with the most bang for the buck is the Nikon D3200. Its sensor outperforms many of the older full frame dSLR;s and costs less than $ 700 with a lens.
The lens you will want to buy to shoot fashion will be the 24-70 mm f/2.8
That camera and lens will get you started learning to use a fully adjustable camera.
To shoot fashion, you will want to spend a lot of time looking at the way fashion photographers light and compose their models. Model Mayhem and One Model Place are too good resources for doing that. What you can do for practice is use your friends. Practice applying makeup and using dramatic lighting.
If you are able to take a class in photography at your school or as a workshop/seminar, you will quickly learn how to use your camera without having to think much about it when setting the proper exposure. As a fashion photographer you will want to be spending your time directing your models into amazing poses and composing them just right in the lighting you have or have set up.
