What is a good camera to buy that takes pictures and films.?

Question by Cash: What is a good camera to buy that takes pictures and films.?
I need a good camera that can take quality pictures and quality film. And I would like it to be in the $ 200-$ 400 range.

  1. I must recommend you a camera for $ 475, it's so worth the extra $ 75 dollars, it's very great for your price range, although I did go over.

  5. At the moment Amazon has the Panasonic LX7 marked down to $ 300. A premium compact digital, it does not have a lot of zoom range, but it does have above average image and video quality, and a lot of manual control.
