Any suggestions on what digital camera I should buy?

Question by It's a new day: Any suggestions on what digital camera I should buy?
I don't know much about cameras. I'm going to be taking a lot of pictures and want a good quality camera that takes clear pictures. I don't really want to spend more than $ 300.00 on a camera. Any suggestions on what camera would be the best?

Thanks

There isn't much but for some "bridge P&S" cameras that fall within your budget of $ 300

Clear pictures has all to do with YOUR skills, NOT the camera you buy

Look on this site for such cameras.

  1. Buy a Sony Cybershot with your favorite color then always remember (very important) to shoot under well lighted conditions only. Indoors and when sunlight is dim outdoors (like at night) use flash. That's all there is to it but if you encounter some problems, don't hesitate to ask again.

  2. I have noticed that in digital cameras, special detectors help to concentrate automatically. Those kind of sensors associated with some cams change in in the area of contrast, while others utilize a beam with infra-red (IR) light, specifically in low lumination. Higher specification cameras occasionally use a mixture of both systems and could have Face Priority AF where the digital camera can 'See' some sort of face and focus only on that. Thanks for sharing your thinking on this blog.
